CIRCUS925 is operated by Summit Ave East LLC. These terms apply to purchases made through circus925.com.
Orders and product availability
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order; it does not guarantee that every product can be fulfilled under all circumstances. CIRCUS925 may cancel, refund, substitute, credit, or revise fulfillment for an order if inventory is unavailable, a material listing error occurs, payment is not authorized, a specifically listed deliverable cannot be provided, or fulfillment is not reasonably possible.
Reservations and preorders
CIRCUS925 sells physical products, reservations, preorders, bundles, and campaign-support products. It is not a donation campaign. Product pages identify whether an item is an allocated reservation, virtual support product, preorder, made-to-order item, or upper-tier support package.
The CIRCUS925 Founding Drop runs from August 4 through November 2, 2026. The $5,000 figure is a production and fulfillment target, not an all-or-nothing funding condition. Purchases and support received during the campaign will be applied toward the release’s remaining production, campaign objects, packaging, fulfillment, processing, and related launch costs.
CIR000 is an allocated vinyl reservation with a current estimated fulfillment period of November 2026–January 2027. Shirts, totes, slipmats, premium shirts, and other campaign objects are preorders or made-to-order items produced from paid demand and available production capacity. A bundle ships together when all included items are ready unless separate shipping is arranged and paid.
Prices, taxes, and shipping
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges vary by product type, package size, and destination. Applicable taxes and final shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. International shipping is not currently configured.
Virtual support products
Archive Support / Entry Path and similar virtual support products are commercial support purchases, not charitable or tax-deductible contributions unless a product page expressly states otherwise. They do not include a physical item, vinyl reservation, apparel reservation, or shipment.
Upper-tier packages
Collector, Founding Supporter, and Founding Patron packages are limited campaign products with defined physical deliverables, private confirmation steps, archive-allocation limits, and production-based timing. Founding Patron / Archive Transfer is publicly visible but remains limited to its listed allocation.
Archive record selections are confirmed privately after purchase from available SSS/CIRCUS925 archive stock. Specific titles are subject to availability. Founding Patron future SSS/CIR physical release benefits are limited to up to 3 future physical release shipments selected by Summit Ave East LLC, subject to production availability and release schedule.
Final-sale treatment
Campaign-support products, virtual support products, preorder reservations, made-to-order apparel, archive-allocation products, and upper-tier patron packages are final-sale for change of mind, buyer remorse, schedule changes, or preference changes after purchase, except where required by law or where Summit Ave East LLC is unable to fulfill a specifically listed deliverable.
If a specifically listed physical deliverable cannot be fulfilled, Summit Ave East LLC may provide a reasonable substitute, partial credit, revised fulfillment plan, or refund where legally required. The Shipping & Returns Policy forms part of these terms.
Product variation
Small-run physical goods may vary slightly in color, placement, packaging, material, or finish. Product pages describe the item and material limitations. Ordinary small-run variation does not change the core product ordered.
Intellectual property
Site content, artwork, recordings, product designs, trademarks, and related materials remain the property of their respective owners. A product purchase does not transfer intellectual-property rights or permission to reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit protected material.
Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Payment, email, shipping, and site-service providers may process information needed to complete a transaction, send updates, prevent fraud, or operate the store.
Changes, law, and contact
